Factory maintenance services include part testing, firmware updates, and fragile-part replacements with official maintenance report. Once a year (with a 1-year Plan) or two times within 2 years (with a 2-year Plan).
Rewards for Safe Use:
For every user who manages to perform safe uses within 1-year (with a 1-year Plan) or within 2 years (with a 2-year Plan) without using any replacements, DJI rewards them with a 1-year warranty extension.
DJI will cover shipping costs both ways for replacement service.
* To ensure that your aircraft can enjoy Flyaway replacement service, please bind your DJI account and device with the aircraft in advance through the app. Flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or device was not bound before the flyaway incident occurred.

DJI Care Refresh can be activated only on brand new and un-activated products or products activated no longer than 48 hours ago.
If you are purchasing DJI Care Refresh for a previously purchased aircraft, your service agreement policy will be sent to you by email after you checkout.
DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage to the new DJI products during normal use for up to 24 months, and for an additional charge, will offer up to three full replacements that are new or equivalent to new. The components covered are the Aircraft (including SSD), Gimbal, Propeller. Visit the "DJI Care Refresh Official FAQ" for further details.
Contact DJI Support by phone or email if requiring a replacement. Requesting a replacement will incur a small service fee as outlined below. Note that the prices for North America are in USD.
In the NA region (Canada & US), the first time replacement fee is US $159, the second time replacement fee is US $199, and the third time replacement fee is US $229 (only with the 2-year Plan). The flyaway replacement fee is US $739.
