ADVANCED RPAS OPERATIONS CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

The Advanced RPAS Certificate Program is a 3-day (24 hour) course that supplements the Professional and/or the General UAV Pilot Ground Certification Program with the addition of:

• In-depth Human Factors Training in accordance with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) Subpart 107.0.3, Introduction to Safety Management Systems (TP 13739) and Safety Management Systems for Small Aviation Operations (TP 14135)

• Crew Resource Management Training.

• Review of RPAS required set of OperationsManuals

• Emergency Procedures including the RPAS Emergency Response Procedures (ERP)

• Risk Assessment procedures and risk assessment tracking techniques

Target Group:

This course is tailored for the company/person who wishes to take his business to the next level and stay ahead of the rapidly changing RPAS regulations. This course will give the operator enough knowledge and expertise to bring their business across borders and expedite National and Foreign SFOC’s

Certification:

• Advanced RPAS Certificate
• Human Factors Training Certificate

which meets the requirements of human factors issues for individuals tasked with doing “Elementary Work” as per Canadian Aviation Regulation (CARs) 625, Appendix A (3).

Prerequisites for Enrollment:

• General or Advanced RPAS Operations Certification Program

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be able to read, write and speak

fluent English
Training Cost: $675.00 + GST, +

Textbook(s) $100.00. A $200.00 deposit is required for registration.
